BillTrim is a forerunner in innovation in FinTech and is building a new category of service in the B2C space. Internally we call it "Peace as a Service - PaaS".

About RoleSince we’ve built our early MVPs and found product-market fit, we’re now building the systems to scale our product and productivity for the future. That means a core part of our short term work is remodeling our early systems for the long term by paying down technical debt and putting maintainability before magic. If this sounds like a good challenge, you'll find constant support from your peers up through executive management.

Your Responsibilities
●  Complete ownership of the product and tech your team is responsible for.
●  Build the technical foundations for great new features and drive those featuresfrom inception through completion.
●  Iterate with product on product specs and designs, weighing in not just onfeasibility but on opportunities driven by great tech
●  Design & develop efficient and highly reusable, scalable, secured andperformance optimized backend systems.
●  Collaborate with product & design to deliver best in class user experience.
●  Responsible for data instrumentation to drive the feature development & adoption
●  Quick prototyping of the requirement to test business flows.
Qualifications
●  2+ Years of experience building products and mobile applications.
●  2+ Experienced in NodeJs, mostly would have worked on backend systems.
●  Strong knowledge of NoSQL data modeling (MongoDB, NodeJS backgroundpreferred).
●  Experience breaking down complex technical challenges into easilyunderstandable tasks and designing the backend for the same.
●  Strong System design knowledge and should have a good understanding of thedevops and deployment of the complete system.
●  The ability to do deep problem solving and build elegant, maintainable solutionsto complex problems.
●  Good understanding of data confidentiality, application security and performance.
●  A passion for mentoring junior team members to achieve technical excellence together.
