Your Academic Qualifications -
● B.Tech/Bach. Degree, MBA (Preferred)
● Ex-Senior Management Role in Digital E-Commerce, preferably Rural markets.

You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For –
● Own the Growth and PnL of E-Commerce business at BharatAgri.
● Lead the sub-verticals and build strong systems.
● Create Annual forecast plans and resource planning to achieve verticals’ targets.
● Build sustainable processes with the help of strong management and fast experiments.

BharatAgri is an app based platform that serves Indian farmers with agri-consultancy and sufficing the agri-inputs with its e-commerce wing. Being the country’s only agri-tech startup that has monetized digital agri-advisory, is earning trust of its users for delivering value to 1Lac+ paid subscribers.
Launched the e-commerce services in the start of 2021, BharatAgri has built the agri-input marketplace at a MoM growth rate of 50%+.
We are looking for someone with experience of running and growing an E-Commerce business, preferably in the rural space. The role demands a high level of ownership and senior leadership experience taking care of the various verticals – Sales, Ops, Revenue, etc. You will be paving the way to unlock $20 Billion opportunity in the Agri E-Commerce space of the county.
