About the Role
As the Senior Product Manager, you will envision and execute (build products) on the strategy of growing the company's business and its customer base all over India.

What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for leading the micro-insurance product portfolio including growth initiatives, partner onboarding & management, end to end consumer experience.
This problem space encompasses defining and building the right consumer experience, building internal & external products to manage partnerships with large players in the travel, e-commerce, lending space
What You'll Need
Minimum 6+ years of experience delivering successful and innovative customer-facing products with your fingerprints all over them. You have experience setting team strategy, defining OKRs, and driving the planning process for a product portfolio
Acute attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users' and partners' problems.
Analytical chops. You live and breathe data. You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to wield it but also where it can lead you astray.
A "Driver" mindset. You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, a master explainer/simplifier, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on
A high bar across the board -- from your own contributions to the people you work with, to the products you work on
