Roles and Responsibilities

Role Description
The purpose of the job is to manage all employee-related work like recruitment for the company, employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Strategic Excellence
● Build a hiring strategy in alignment with the company goals
● Design an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to the offer.
● Design compelling offer proposals & explain the total rewards proposition to the candidates
● Design and implement high impact employee engagement initiatives
Execution Excellence
● Manage and drive end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
● Sourcing, screening, shortlisting and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, Advertising on Social Media, Professional networks, Referrals, etc.
Monitor interview processes: set up phone and video interviews, send out skill assessments, Coordinate for on-site interviews, drive timely progression through pipelines.
● Manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.

People Partnering
● Is able to build an effective business HR team by making recruitment a top priority
● Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the organization

Obtaining skilled employees to help grow a business according to its goals and maintaining them
Anticipate hiring and maintain a hiring engine so that no position is ever left empty
Find, hire and maintain great talent
To understand and shortlist the right candidates as per our need and brief
Qualifications and Experience
● 6+ years of TA experience
● MBA from top tier institutions(preferred)
● Experience in high growth startups, E-Commerce companies, Footwear brands (preferred)
